I need to know if anyone knows how to make a chocolate glaze using sweetned condensed milk? She has cocoa powder and semi-sweet chocolate squares. I am give out and brain dead at this moment. I told her to buy whipping cream and she didn't think she would need it...so now...she has called me 3 times, needed help,,and I have used all my brain power for one day. Can anyone help? Thanks so much.

I am not sure if this is the one youre looking for but I have a recipe that I use this for and it goes wonderfully.

1 box powdered sugar
1/3 C Cocoa
1 stick margarine(can use butter)
1/2 C. evaporated milk.
1 T Vanilla

Shift powdered sugar and Cocoa together. Put into mixer with margarine or butter , add milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth.

Melt those semisweet squares w/ a splash of whipping cream to make a nice ganache. use a double boiler. If no whipping cream, use a tad of condensed milk, I guess.
