the food choices that you have made are very smart but overall that diet is way too low in protein, fiber and healthy fats.

Breakfast- add whole oats or some other all natural high fiber carbohydrate

Lunch - need some form of lean protein here. something like skinless poultry or tuna on your salad

Snack - have a handful of mixed nuts or seeds here for the healthy fats/fiber that they provide

Dinner - what you have is good. but make sure that you have some high fiber veggies like brussels sprouts, etc.

Snack - you need another snack after diner. something like low fat cottage cheese 1/2 to 1 cup.

The diet sounds pretty reasonable for weight loss ... it is low fat and fairly high in protein. The only thing you might want to change or add is some protein between morning snack and dinner. You might experience an energy drop otherwise.

Try to get a lean protein in for lunch also. I can't say for sure how many calories that would be, but it is on the low side (but it doesn't sound too low.)

Lean protein is helpful in a diet because it promotes muscle retention when you lose weight.

No one can predict how many calories. it depends on proportion.
Try some dark chocolate for desert. Its good for you!
Also try some tea, especially green tea with honey. Green tea is sooo good for you, so is honey! so don't be afraid to have some.
also try some whole grain crackers with the lunch. Your eating all the right food groups, but it seems like you need a bit more...
