40 GB- No games at all.
60 GB- Almost every game, estimated about 96%
80 GB- About 88% of all PS2 games.
The percentage of playable PS2 games will increase each time you download the updates from the Playstation network.

depends on what model you have...
the 60 gig can play 99%
the 40 gig can play none
the 80 gig can play about 80%
