I've been dating this guy for several weeks and he asked if I want to have children. Do you think that means that he's serious about me? I usually think of that as something a woman brings up.
Also, he told me about a dream he had about me. He seemed reluctant to share all of it, but he said that we were driving a minivan (which seems like the sort of car you'd drive when you're a family)!

He just thinking about his future. Lots of guys want to have a family, and they don't want to waste time with girls who don't. So yes he is serious about you, if he wasn't he wouldn't be worried about the next 10 years or more with you. And in answering this I am assuming you are both not in high school.

This strikes very close to home. My girlfriend and I are discussing the same thing right now, and it's clear we both want to be on the "marriage track." :-D

thats a good sign. He's into kids! im sure he wants to marry u, spend his lifetime with u..and have kids with u.
