If he can do anything I'm sure he can do that! But since he is almighty and nothing else can be as powerful as he is, then wouldn't it be impossible for him to create a more powerful god? Doesn't this prove to us that there is something he cannot do? I'm confused guys, help me out.

Taking philosophy 101 are we?
Being almighty does not translate to 'he can do anything'.
Quite clearly, he can not sin, for he is the standard of right.
There are many things God can not, nor will not do.
He will not try us with evil, nor does he create anything bad.

Lol good question. I believe He could, but then, why would He? Why even experiment with such a thing? If He did, He could never be all-powerful again, because there would be someone more powerful.

And, to answer when you asked if it would be impossible, can't God do the impossible? I mean, He Himself decided what was possible and what wasn't; Why shouldn't He be able to break that?

Ok say you're god, and you have the power to create anything... would you create someone stronger than you? more powerful? you wouldn't do that! you would create people who look up to you and appreciate you and what you've done. So yes, God could create someone more almighty than he is... but why would he want to?

To those who are saying God does not repent or create evil:

Exodus 32:14 - "And the LORD repented of the evil which he thought to do unto his people."

Isaiah 45: 6b,7 - "I am the LORD and there is none else. I form the light and create darkness. I make peace and create evil. I the LORD do all these things."

Anyone watched "What the Bleep Do We Know?" That's what explains all this.

Statistical data illustrates that this is probably inevitable. If he created the universe, and life as a progressive system, (and this is a big if) a being of superpassing power will very likely be born or created within the system.

^^^^^^ I think jason koh has the right answer. ^^^^^^

God is the alpha and omega, will always be here and so i recon that anything he creates will come under him. He will be greater than that.

God would not make a more powerful version of himself anyhoo. He tells us to worship no other except him.

Will Lex ever build his army of supermen? Will Batman ever put an end to crime in Gotham? Will the Rabbit ever get to eat a bowl of Trix? Doesnt the Bible say something about idle conversation?

classic philosophy of religion question. i think it gets resolved by saying that because something more powerful doesn't exist, then the question is illogical. making something more powerful would make G lose omnipotence. even if G made something more powerful, then that thing would be G and not the former G. make sense? lol
