An Alien couldn't create the Universe and have been born into the universe at the same time. But if there was a God, his qualities would probably be more alien than the human characteristics we give him tend to lead us to believe.

Everyone is an alien to an "outsider" - anyone from "somewhere else". We would be aliens to Martians, etc. The Sumerians did say their "God" whom they called Enlil and the western bible calls Jehovah, came from another world.

what do we really know about god? We know only what we, as creations, can conceive. We as creations can only reflect the passion and emotion and slight design concepts of our creator. As for his address, the heavens, therefore he does not live on earth. that technically makes him foreign by residence. having not originated on earth, that kinda gives us clues. who is to know maybe we are the aliens in his world.

Put it this way: God is not a part of creation (transcendence) but entered human space and time (immanence).
