Where can i turn to for help if im being abused? Whether its physical, emotional or etc....can you give me sites or specific places I can contact in Ontario?

go to your Dr...and tell him or her you need to see someone..

ususaly they could set something up for you

or call the abuse shelter in your area

In the US, there is the YWCA. If you can contact them, they can give you a number to call to get help. Also, talk to your doctor. I know in my drs office, there are sheets in the bathroom with telephone numbers to call if you are being abused.

If this is an emergency though. call the police.

Contact the local women's shelter. They should be able to direct you.

call your local police department. There are many programs available to you, and they know how to put you in touch with them.
