Not everyone is Christian. In fact paganism and Islam and even more so atheism, is on the rise. Where do you think the converts are coming from? So what exactly did God "win"? And I'm only be half sarcastic. I'm seriously wondering.

And before people start whining that the other gods are "false", you realistically have no more proof of your God then anyone else. You have the Bible, and other faiths have thier books. They fulfilled just as many prophecies and yes can be archeologically linked to real historical events. But YOUR logic that means those books are just as true as yours.

Please... Tell me you aren't looking for some logical explanation for the outcome of an imagined future good vs evil struggle between two fantasy book characters. That's a rather academic approach to a comic-book-quality subject and it seems to me to be a tad unworthy of your full attention.... and mine.! LOL

Honestly, you could go on alll day... Christianity is no more vaild as any other religion. Our myths/lore (Pagans') is just as valid as their bible. Our beliefs are just as valid as the Christians. Why do they say only the bible is true or the Christian/Hebrew god is the only god?? There, really, is not logic to it, I know. But you just can't argue logic with people that do NOT THINK LOGICALLY! You can explain to them, till you're green in the face, that just because the bible says it's god is the true god doesn't mean a thing because there is no outside source to back it up! I won't get through!! Besides, I'm sure that your lore/myths are just as real to you and such followers as the stories of the bible (and probably just as believable). They say their bible is true because it says so - you say your myths are true because they say so.... most Christians cannot see what you're getting at!! Yes, it's frusterating. All you're looking for is for them to say, "Hey, it's right for me, do what's right for you". Honestly, I think Christians would rather have you be Christian and be unfillfulled rather than not. But the question is, what's it to them? Even if your wrong (which I can't believe is the case) why the Hel would they care if your soul is lost? Sometimes I feel like screaming "The Hebrew laws were made for Hebrews, the god is the "only true" god for THEM!! Other people do not have these stipulations!"

But it will do not good. Doesn't matter. Don't try to argue logic with people that are simply not logical. Otherwise, good luck!!

First of all converts are coming from every segment you mentioned. People from all over the world are hearing the call of God and the truth of His Son Jesus the Christ, through the Holy Spirit. Lives are being changed from a life of darkness into the marvelous Light.
The reason that God has already won is that if you read the very Word of God, the Holy Bible, you will see that in the end God defeats the devil and Jesus comes back to rule. There is no reason to be sarcastic. It is the truth. If you will earnestly seek Him, God will be found. He created you and He loves you. So much so He gave His one and only Son to be a sacrifice for you.

Christian is not the only road to That which is called "God." Those are all human paths you mentioned and some of them are alternate routes to connecting with the Divine. Athiests still have time to choose another road, I think many are just reacting to the stranglehold religion as we have known it has had for too long.
The saying to me personally means that Light is destined to rule over darkness. It may not appear be at this moment, but the universe is set up that way. Just my opinions.

Your information is flaughed. All religions are losing converts to athesists. They are the fastest growing philosphy or religion what ever you call it. The belief in God by most people is just not happening.
God is not coming to the large masses of people. When the earth was full he went to Noah and his family.
Sodom and Gamorrah where huge cities and all that survived was Lot and his two daughters.
Narrow is the gate and cramped the road leading off into life and few are the ones following it.

In the Christian religion, there is going to be a war during the end times that God wins. Since he is God, he has already won.

In revolations, even though most of it is about the future, Christians believe its gonna happen exactly as all the bible is, in either figurtive or literal.

Time in the bible is not the same as time on earth in the minds of most Christians, so its almost as its already happened but hasn't reached earth yet. Its a hard concept to explain.

Wether it'll actuly happen, God is real, and i'll burn in the fiery pits of hell is another matter.

If you are going to believe that the earth was created in 6 days, the red sea parted, the earth was covered in water which killed all the land dwellers accept a boat filled to the brim with samples of each.....
There is nothing stopping you from believing God has already won.

I suspect that, when it is uttered by Christians, it is a half hearted attempt to reassure themselves that they haven't wasted their lives believing in something that isn't real. The louder and longer they shout this, the shakier is their belief in it. They want to believe that their ship isn't sinking when in fact, there is a lot of water down there in the engine room.

If I still believed in that stuff, I would be shouting from the mountaintops in an effort to get the HAILS AND HALLELUJAHS reassure myself.

It wouldn't work though. My brain works too well for that to work.

God won the victory over sin at the cross. Now whosoever believes on the name of Jesus Christ can be redeemed from sin and death and have eternal life.

god is losing. he will be practically wiped out in the next century or so in my opinion. tons of people are converting to other religions from christianity. and you cant beat evil. hatred is evil, evil is hatred. in order to destroy hatred, you have to destroy all people and god himself. tell me, is that better than this life?

)o(

edit : do you find it funny when atheist post sarcastic stuff, but annoying when christians post bible quotes and tell us god is the only answer? or is that just me?
