im suppose to be a bridesmaid in an up coming wedding, actually a junior bridesmaid, i really don't see a difference...but whatever. The junior bridesmaid dressed are different then the regular bridesmaid dresses. but because i'm...lets call it...bigger in the chest, i can't wear the dress for juniors and that, is putting a lot of stress on everyone. because i'm not a fat girl, the dress would fit me great if i wasn't so top heavy. so what advice can you give me? or help in some way? please.

thanks.

The point in having a Junior bridesmaid dress is to make up for the fact that as a younger girl you don't have the chest to hold up a lot of the bridesmaids dresses out there. Since you do, why wouldn't you wear the regular bridesmaids dress?

I understand what a terrible frustration that must be -- clothing makers just don't always take into consideration the crazy notion that (gasp!) people are all different proportions. Have you tried minimizer bras? They're designed to do just that -- minimize the bust area. That's one option if everyone's so focused on you getting the junior bridesmaid dress. Otherwise, there's no reason why you can't wear one of the regular bridesmaid dresses, which will have more options for the bust area and have a tailor take in the waist and take up the hem so that it's fitted just for you. I'm sure the bride is having her own dress altered, as most brides do, so I'm sure she could recommend her seamstress to you for your dress.

don't be stressed out about this. Millions of girls would kill for a chest like yours! Just try on some more dresses and see which one would look good on me. As long as your dress is the same color as the other junior bridesmaids no one will notice you are different. Haven't differnt style dresses to fit your body shape is actaully in style in wedding now! If you really want to have the same dress as the other bridesmaids take the dress u get to a tailor and make them alter the top so it fits you.
Good Luck!

Don't let this stress you out.

Buy the size that will fit you and make you feel comfortable.
