I have a small bump on my head i had it for around 6 months. I touch it all the time but it doesnt really hurt. I got a haircut yesterday and there is a little bald spot where it is. What can this be?

It's probably just a mole.

You might have a cyst.

They just sit there....but sometimes they get infected, and pus builds up around it, and you have to go not only get the cyst drained, but they need to remove the cyst.

The only other thing it could be is an enlarged lymph node, but it usually doesn't cause you to have a bald spot there. Did you ever have an injury to that area as a kid?

I'd get it checked with the old doc, just to make sure.

Sounds like it could be a subaceous cyst. But if you are worried go and get it checked out by a Doctor. Had one on my forehead which wouldn't go away had the Doctor remove it, no drama involved.

it may be a cist that needs to be removed.. if there is not hair growing there it could because that area is not in good health which means it could be cancer. i dont wana scare you but you should get it taken care of, by a doctor, right away. it could be nothing, or it could be a tumor or cist with cancer. it could also be a cist with no cancer. either way you need to find out because if it is cancer and you catch it soon enough it can be cured.

I suggest you see a doctor. This could be a cyst, a ring worm or a small tumor. Get it diagnosed.

you could have a cyst, and you must get it checked out if its unsightly, bothering you, so book a appointment to see a GP, bumps lumps any where on your body should not be ignored whether they hurt or not.
