I have a new HP a6130n computer running Windows Vista Home Premium and Windows Explorer 7.0. At least once a week I'll be surfing the net and the system will just freeze. Then I have to do control alt del to get past it. I guess when it happens I frequently have 2 or more web sites open. Any advice?

Download Mozilla Firefox and use that instead. Much better.

Go to : http://www.winaso.com/ Download the trial version if you don't want to pay for it.I've used this program for over a year and it really helps speed things up. I just installed it 2 days ago on a Vista system and it stopped all the hang-ups on it. Doing a Disk clean up and a disk defrag will help to, if you haven't done that yet. It's in all programs>accessories> system tools.
