I cannot open the hood of my 2005 Nissan sentry.?

I can pop it with the hood release in the car, but i cannot find the latch to the hood once it is popped to release the hood so it can go up further, any ideas?

Right in the middle the second latch pushes to the passengers side you may have to reach down to feel the secondary latch.

once the hood is popped you might have to bend down to look in the gap for the latch
