alot of weight. you would be hungry all the time and you would be very week, and shaky. you wouldnt feel like excersizing at all. you wouldnt feel like doing anything. and on top of it all, you it wouldnt be healthy for your body. i recommend doing a dancers diet. you can find them online and it is in the Yoga Booty Ballet excersize dvd set. you can get it anywhere. and the excersizes are really good to not only help you lose weight but to also tone up the excess skin you have once you do lose weight.

With that diet, you may either be dead or extremely sick in the hospital.
Also, when you go below 1200 Calories, your body will know.
It will start storing every calorie you do eat as fat on your body, and I'm pretty sure that is not what you are going for, right?
Without calories, your body will not be able to function enough for you to ever exercise.
If you really want to lose weight, eat 1200 calories a day and exercise every day.
Believe me, you will still lose weight this way, and be able to exercise to make your body look great, not sickly.

The math does not work. If you ingest only 130 calories a day I would guess that you could not do 45 min of exercise a day.
The only exercise you will get is pushing up daisies.
I don't know where you came up with this diet, but since you have a computer you should research a healthier one...

Are you trying to starve yourself??? The recommended daily amount is 2000 calories if you cut down just a few hundred a day you can probably lose weight even without exercise.

Woah!!! If you keep that up, you'll die! I am very serious. 130 calories is not enough to even get up in the morning. You need calories to work out. Try to hit at least 1000 calories.

That is completely and utterly not healthy. You'll pass out after the first week. If you start with 1500 calories, you can lose up to 20 pounds.

130 calories, why even bother eating?
exercising on top of a starvation diet will lead to as much muscle loss as fat loss.
