Get off the computer, soak the affected area in cold water, and get in touch with a professional in your area.

First, Do not wash it with anything other than an enzyme cleaner. I reccomend Natures Miracel. (It can be found at any pet store). Natures Miracle will get the stain and the smell out, but you have to follow the directions to a T. If you have already tried washing it, you run the risk of chemically setting the stain and smell.
I have used Natures Miracle on a variety of different fabrics and it really does work! (I hope it's in a spot that isn't too noticeable in case of water staining.)
Good luck!
One more note, dry cleaning will set the stain and odor. I would talk to the dress shop where your purchased the dress, not a dry cleaner. But since the directions say it can be hand washed in cold water, the enzyme cleaner should work by hand.

Normally I would tell someone to DIY with a special cleaner.
This is a wedding dress and not something you want to screw up. As previous poster said, if the stain is still wet keep it that way with cold water (preferably damp cloths and not soaking in a bowl or something) while you get in contact with a dry cleaner. If the stain has already dried do not do ANYTHING and take it immediately in the morning and speak with them. Whatever you do don't apply heat because you will set the stain or the odor.
If worse comes to worse you may have to talk with a seamstress about replacing that panel.

Didi 7 is a good enzyme spot cleaner. It comes in a toothpaste like tube and will take out even old set in stains on carpet. Here is some on ebay, just to show what it looks like.

Carbona makes some good dry cleaning fluid type of cleaners. Found at most grocery stores with each bottle labeled for certain stains.

I would call a dry cleaner b4 anything else. They deal w/ this stuff everyday and will know what to do. Those dresses are to much $$ to screw around with. You dont know how the material Will react to whatever you use also, You don't want to set in the stain.

you should go to a professional. if it's pee, it should come out, but if it's spray from a male the smell may not. be prepared for that so you can try to cover the smell.
