Because I want to ask this guy out, because I think he likes me, but he won't ask me out. I think he's too shy to do it.. I told him I don't ask guys out though.. What do you think?

Let him know that you like him but tell him that if he wants to date you then he is going to have to ask you out. Trust me this will work and he will ask you out.

If you like the guy, then go for it. What is the worse that could happen? He says no? Look at it this way. You didn't have him before and you don't have him now. What really changed?
It may feel weird to you asking a guy out as a woman. It is out of tradition that it is the men who pursues women and not the other way around. It is the men who are the pursuers of love, sex and relationships. That is why many women are hesitant to show some initiative and ask a man out. You were taught from the day you were born that you just don't ask a boy out.
Another thought. Are men desperate when they ask a woman out? Why is it a woman is desperate when she ask a man out and not the other way around? If it weren't for "desperate" men, the human race would have faltered long, long ago.

No. Its certainly kinda advantageous and a compliment to the guy. Takes a super variety of stress off him to boot, by way of fact then he does not could worry regardless of in case you think of he's sweet looking.
