Has anyone had this done and was it successful? What have you had to pay in your area?

Before you do it, you need to keep a chart of your eating habits for a week. Be honest. Then ask yourself these questions:

1. Am I skipping breakfast?
2. Do I eat candybars or other stuff on the run and call it good?
3. Do I have second and third servings at the meals I do have?
4. Do I eat any vegetables or fruit?
5. Do the number of donuts, pastries, or orders of fries I have outnumber the number of meat servings I have in a day?

If you flunk all these questions, you have bad eating habits and it has slowed your metabolism down to a crawl. You need to correct those before you can lose weight.

There are many studies that prove that ear stapling works with alcoholism, smoking, heroin, wt. loss. It uses acupuncture staples and has been used for 1000's of years in the east.

I think it will make it easier for you to keep to a diet, reduce your appetite. You still need to exercise.

Make sure the doctors are licensed.

That sounds like a gimmick that will only make your wallet lose weight. Real doctors and their wives do not do that. If you see one doing that report them to the local medical review board.

I was going to try that, i asked my doc and he told me tons of stories, he sayed some people they do work but they ALL gained it back cause there not doing it the nautral way, he sayed he had like 10 people come to hime asking him to take them out and he sayed 8 out of 10 didnt loose weight, i say try it the regular way if it dont work then maybe try it but its your choice i wouldnt recomend it to anyone though

Proteins takes more time to digest than carbs so eating protein will make you feel full for longer

Just take a dip of raw honey in the morning and the night. Burns that fat right away.

eat breakfast there have been so many studies done that show that people who eat breakfast lose more weight
