My sister in-law whom my husband and I haven't talked to for over 4 years (long story) is now pregnant. We have been trying to get pregnant way before her. Now that she is pregnant first, she is naming her daughter a name we picked out over 9 years ago and wanted to name our daughter if we ever had one. Now that we are enemies, is it fair game to the name? I feel like she is taking a premeditated stab at me and is intentionally trying to hurt me. Should I be the better person like I have been for 4 years, or is it time to confront her and let her know she is shady and evil?

She would probably enjoy you confronting her. Face it, names are not owned by anyone. Just because you picked it 9 years ago doesn't mean you have sole ownership. What if you have all boys?
I would be hurt to think she would do it, but really there is nothing you can do about it other than give her the satisfaction of knowing she upset you by using the name. I wouldn't give her the satisfaction of knowing it.
I wouldn't call it shady and evil.........more like childish and insensitive. And it's useless to try to deal with a childish and insensitive person.
Might be a good time to invest in a voodoo doll and poke pins in her.........lol. At least you will feel better.

Whats wrong with you / You are mad at the whole world Each day you are burning bad energy Do you want to have a heart attack before the age of 40 or a terminal cancer / For the names here It happen to 5 times that somebody took a name I had chosen for my son I always took it as a great compliment Even my brother name his oldest son the same name as my 4 sons It was the greatest compliment he ever made to me If someone is taking our name its because we have a very good taste Don't you think

first ask ur husband and if he is ok with it totaly confront her (pordon my french) but she is being a *****. she sounds really mean and u need to let her no how u feel. ALL POWER TO YOU!

Don't give any care in the world to it. Thats what she wants, and she will be so happy to know that she got the reaction she wanted from you.
