You'll need a router (UPN support). Good wired one'll cost you around 35$, wi-fi - around 60$. If you have wi-fi router - plug your modem into it and make your PS3 search for it, follow instructions. Your PC will need a wi-fi card too in order to use wi-fi router. If you'll use wired (imho, better because of it's stability), you'll need a bunch of RJ-45 ethernet cables (check if your modem uses this kind of connection). Than plug your modem into router and plug yuor PS3 and PC into router. Follow the instructions.
