i wake up early for school and i never usually eat breakfast cause i leave 10 minutes after i wake up. so what is something healthy that i could eat in the morning but doesnt have to be prepared. like a granola bar or something. but i dont like granola bars very much lol. thanks

Perhaps you could get up earlier, by going to bed earlier.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Your body needs fuel after the long night-time fast.
That's why it's called Break-fast!

You'll not do your best at school or work without some food.
Instant oatmeal in the microwave takes only 2 minutes.
There are many different nutrition bars on the market.
Grab some fruit (apple, pear, banana, orange, etc.) to go.

yogurt, fresh fruits, there all different types of granola & cereal bars just keep trying different types there might be one you enjoy and oatmeal, the instant doesn't take long at all. Don't forget to grab a bottle of water and drink it on your way. Water is essential to your day and most of us don't drink enough.

I love oatmeal - heart healthy, great energy, and you can have it with fresh fruit. It is an awesome breakfast. You can switch it up with a poached egg on dry toast every now and then. Cold cereal is good in the summer.

yogurt is easy and really good, also maybe try eating some fruit (like a banana or an apple) that is something you could take with you. carnation instant breakfast's are also good and really quick to make, plus you get your daily vitamins and minerals. hope that helps!
