Set up is the work of putting the mold in the machine, removing the previous resin from the machine and putting in the resin, adjusting the machine settings, and anything else that needs to be done before the first good part is made.

I would define it as:
Remove previous mold from the machine
Clean it, store it
Get required mold and mount it into the machine
Shoot some test shots to verify machine settings,
Repeat last item with different settings as necessary.
