That seems to express the same message as "You can't have your cake and eat it too."

Once you eat a chip (or cake), it's gone. You have to decide whether to keep it or eat it, but you can't do both. This is good advice for people who want to have it both ways.

but i dont think its true
cuz thats saying you cant do the same thing twice right?
and i think its incorrect
but i do give you points on its niftness though lol
