i dont even know if my car has high beams...i bought it used so it didnt come with any type of owners manual..

Now a day's the high beam is usually operated by the same switch you use for left and right turn signals, pull the lever to you, and to disable it, pull the lever to you again.

Unless there's something wrong with the switch, you should be able to pull the turn signal switch back toward you to change from bright to dim and the same to change from dim to bright. And yes, it has high beams.

The turn signal switch on the left side of the steering wheel. with the headlights on push that lever towards the front of the vehicle. to turn the brights off pull it back towards you.

click the blinker lever to you and release it.the high beams will be on.To turn them off,do the same thing

push forwards on the turn signal switch lever that turns them on bright,pulling it back dims them,good luck.

Have you tried pushing the lever away from you? My Grand Am is opposite (pushing it away) instead of pulling it towards you.
