I have lived in my apartment complex for going on 8 months now. I don't know anyone except the guy who lives downstairs from me. He's nice and he lets me borrow movies and I do likewise, neighborly things. Other than that, all I really do is sit in this tiny box of an apartment and feel really lonely. My parents tell me to come visit them, but I'm tired of going over there, it's why I moved out. Anyway, today my neighbor came over and tapped on my door and asked if I'd care to watch a dvd on the computer with him, if I was bored. He's nice and he has told me that he has a girlfriend that doesn't live with him and that he also has a child with her. I've seen her and the baby before and I respect what they have. I went down there today and we were watching a movie, when she walks in with her key that he gave her, and she said "You know I don't play that sh!t!" They talked and came back in and she threatened to get violent with me and told me to get out and to not come back." Was I wrong?

Now that I think about it, I wouldn't like to walk in and see another female sitting next to my man, on the bed watching moves on a laptop, just not cool. She called me all types of b!tches and was very ignorant about it. I understand her anger and surprise to see me there, but it's not like we were f*****k or making out when she came in. he laptop was on my lap and he was way on the other side of the bed. She just came at me wrong that's all. I told her I respected her and didn't mean to start any trouble and she was like "Shut up, just get out". "If I take off on you then I'll be wrong". Why get violent with me?

You were cool, it was the dude that wanted you to watch a movie on his bed. I don't really blame the girlfriend, I would be pissed off too if I walked in on my girlfriend and another guy on the bed.
She was not mad at you, but pissed off at her boyfriend and you just happend to be there at the time.

you read this dude wrong whether you did intentionally I don't know but he isn't a nice guy. Somewhere you should realize that and through your explanation of what happened you never mentioned anything about him. so my opinion is you and the guy were totally wrong. He has given this broad a key and then invite another woman over in his bedroom. Sounds like to me it was a setup and you just got set.

Honestly I think he was wrong to have you in the bedroom. If I were to ask a woman to watch a movie with me and had her in the bedroom, The movie would simply be a reason to get her into my bedroom and...well, you know. I think that he had bigger plans and he got busted, but she does not see that.

No, you didn't do anything wrong. You didn't know his girlfriend was an unreasonable, jealous person who could walk in at any given moment. Now you do. You should think twice about accepting any offers to visit in his home.

She obviously has no idea how to control herself. I understand why she was mad but she should have been mad at him not you. Now you know the situation don't go and watch movies at his house again.

dont blame yourself! she may have over reacted but she shouldnt have been yelling at you also he could have told you that his girlfriend was the jelous type maybe in the future you should meet the girlfriend first, hope this helps and i hope your stay in your apartment doesnt get worse.
