Another word that you could use instead of "discúlpame" is the word "perdóname". Same meaning.

If you are asking (informally) one person to forgive you, it's:
por favor, perdoname.

Formally, one person:
por favor, perdoneme.

If you are asking more than one person to forgive you, it's:
por favor, perdonenme.

And don't forget the accent over the o. My pc doesn't have it as far as I know.

If you're asking for forgiveness then it's "perdoname por favor"
