Depends on the reason given or if no reason think what it might be.
Something completely different. I had one of my questions deleted by Yahoo, it was about Justin Sandercoe, who plays lead guitar in Katie Melua's band.
This was very funny because he sent it to me. And rather than trouble him about it, I thought I would ask friends and folks at yahoo.
It was even funnier when I replied to Yahoo and told them Justin had sent it to me, so I was not violating Yahoo regulations as they mentioned.
And while I was at it said; thanks for deleting it, I have since been given an answer and they have saved me the trouble.
Then added, strange they allow so many nasty answers and delete something totally innocent.

He has since written again, but I have not told him about this, because he has far too many things going on right now.

He may have a reason. Most people who block another do so because that person was rude or obnoxious. Or obscene.
