if you want to gain weight that will probably do it. milk while it does not contain many grams of sugar per serving is high on the insulin index. this means that there is a pronounced increase in insulin levels even with out elevated levels of blood sugar.
so how much body fat you have now will really depend on how much weight/fat you gain from adding these additional calories to your diet. where fat storage occurs depends on your individual genetics as everyone stores fat slightly different. this is why most people have different "problem" areas but gain fat first in the abdominal region then out towards the limbs. since milk elevates insulin levels if consumed before bedtime growth hormone secretion will be decreased. the majority of growth hormone is released during the final stage of the first sleep cycle. growth hormone is the most powerful fat burning substance that the human body produces.
the type of exercise that you participate in will also determine how much fat is gained. if you exercise at a high level of intensity using resistance training and cardiovascular training there would be less fat gained then if you just exercised by walking daily.

One 10oz glass of 2% milk is not going to do much for your gaining weight. You are also incorrect in saying that you don't burn calories during sleep. Although significally less than when active you still burn calories. You need to learn how the human body works to learn how to gain weight. It depends on how your body is and what your individaul metabolism is like. A few things that you should know before I give my suggestion are: 1.) If you sleep on an empty stomach and you are very skinny your body will burn muscle tissue (and fat tissue) to keep it going. Your body will start to do this about 3 hrs after your last intake (food or drink). 2.) You should always eat breakfast because it not only fuels your body to start your day but also because this will stop your body from burning calories while you sleep (remember some of this comes from muscle mass). So with that said your big problem might come more from lack of muscle mass and not with lack of fat. If you build a strong frame you will acheived a sculpted body. This is also key because you will be able to target specific areas you are concerned with. If you are too skinny and you are worried about where you are going to gain weigth from a high fat or calorie diet. If you do decide to hit the gym and bulk up (both men and women) than make sure and try to eat 5 smaller meals throughout the day so that your body never goes into a state of burning muscle mass and make sure to eat a good breakfast everyday to recoup from the long night of no food. Also you should try to take in 300-500 extra calories a day to add more weight. The proper proportion of foods to take in are 55% carbs, 25% protein and 20% fats (fruits and vegetables are considered carbs). When you are in the gym make sure to work on your legs because they gain muscle mass quickly and if you are a girl you will like the result. Oh and about the glass of milk, that is fine. At night is the best time to eat a high fat food like milk so that your body works to digest it longer. I know you don't like to eat before bed but if you can try a big spoonfull of peanut butter before bed with the milk. This will prolonge the digest about as long as possible.

Nesquick is full of sugar, so even though you are not actually adding your own sugar I would be aware of this. Only have this like every second night and its all right to have in moderation if you are worried about your calories but make sure you brush your teeth after.

no the fat will not just be added to your stomach....but this is not an effective way to gain weight....consume more calories all day long from healthy foods, lean meat, fruits and veggies, beans, grains...and yes milk...
