in courts yellow lined paper is used so it is legal paper. thus "I'm legal"

Its a legal pad.. the kind of paper as opposed to loose leaf or whatever. its still lame though

It is like a LEGAL pad, the yellow notepads with blue lines.....so its saying im legal as in of age but its really like a legal pad :) ♥

yes, its the size of the paper.
its legal sized as opposed to wide ruled or college ruled
