should i do them evry night or every other night? and how many each time?

abdominal training need only be performed 2-3x a week for 15-20 minutes. use a variety of exercise and shoot for 15-20 good reps for each set. remember to squeeze the abdominals as hard as possible during each repetition.

push ups are only effective for increasing upper body strength for those that do not use resistance. the load only equates to about 60% of the total bodyweight and the body adapts to that load quite rapidly after several months of performing them regularly. how many to do depends on your goals. since strength gains from them are very limited they are really only useful for increasing muscular endurance. try to shoot for several hundred each push up training session

You should do them every other day so that your muscles can rest and repair. Do as many as you can and try to add on to that as you go.
