Jesus Name Baptism?

Question

Some one who's had Jesus name baptism what would it mean if they got a baptism in the titles just so they could get involved in a ministry. Is there any thing scriptually that suggest that I not do this?

The only Baptism that you must have is by the Holy Spirit and you get that when you get saved, Water Baptism in the name of Jesus or Father and Son and Holy Ghost is okay. They are all the same person.
