If you're talking about the little stand-up scooters that only go 13 mph, then many big box stores such as Target or Wal-Mart or Toys R Us have them.
If you're talking about something more like an electric moped, then a good place to look for nearby stores is EV finder:

Well, what kind are you talking about. There's like the $20 folding wal mart ones, and there's the ones like I have thats an Apprilla Racing Scoooter. There's a big difference. I got mine from my neighbor, so idk about them. Try motorcycle/ATV stores for them.
