how do u get those cut lines on the side of your abs like fergie has

if your a guy, dont its gay,
if your a women, pillates is one way, another is buying one of those medicine balls(little rubber balls) and exersise lower abs by placing it under your hip and doing sit ups like that 4 times a week for a few weeks will tone that easy if you have some muscle to tone from

Just start working out. Then the lines will form from the outline of your abs.

oblique work
lots of protiens
time

You have several muscles working in there together, buts its your rectus abdomonis that give you the 6 pk look(actually its 8, you cant see the other 2)
You also have External and Internal Obliques and Transverse abs there to sclupt.

Permanent Marker no just kidding you have to do a lot of situps every day and do those side ones will help with the cut lines on the side

in my opinion doing pilates and cutting out alot of fatty foods is the best way to get the cuts that you want in your stomach. For a woman you can't just exercise you have to watch what you eat!

Cardio, Lots and lots of cardio... Target training doesn't work folks.

Fergie also has the help of airbrushing. Try not to compare yourself to celebrities, most the time they have lower self esteem than you do.

lose any fat on ur stomach(exercisd & eat right)
lots of ab workouts
i.e. sit-ups, crunches, etc.

either up or down: up-work out pushups sit ups etc. down-get really really skinny

like a six pack? lots of protein and abs workouts.. it takes a while.. and you have to really commit to it!
