do you know of any rice recipes that take no longer than 15 minutes to make and cook?

just to make it flavorful besides using soy sauce?

unless you get instant then NO..rice needs at least 20 mins to cook before it's edible.
There are some rices out there that are precooked then dried so they only take 3 mins to cook.

Ok.
Chop a handful of onion and bell pepper and garlic. Saute in pot. Add rice and chicken broth (instead of water) and diced tomatoes. Season with cajun seasoning and a little worcestershire, and hot sauce if you want it. Cook rice according to directions on bag. Stir together and you have instant cajun style rice. You can easily add some chopped up meat to that.

Use Minute Rice, but put chicken boullion and curry powder in the water. And maybe some frozen peas that you've rinsed under hot water when you add the quick cook rice.

.Old family recipe that we enjoy is 2cups water and 1c washed jasmine rice dash of salt simmered on low covered for 25mins

any of the rice-a-roni boxes are good.. its still rice, but they add a flavor packet.
