The airport websites are not a good indicator of the timeliness of flights. The thing to do is call the airline and ask them where the plane with your flight number is at the moment. If it's 2 hours to your flight, your flight leaves out of Boston but the actual plane is still in L.A. you can rest assured that your flight is not going to leave on schedule.
