Sounds like a swollen or infected hair follicle. Don't shave for several days, and dont bother it, it should go back down on its own. It may actually get bigger if you mess with it. If after a week it is no smaller at all, then ask your parent to take you to the doctor. Most likely just an infected hair follicle though or maybe an inflammed lymph node..

These sound like collagen bumps to me. The cause is definitely negotiable; some say it's dirty saddle pads, some say pressure, others think they happen spontaneously. They usually bother the owners more than they bother the horse. As you've noticed, they're not painful, and so long as they continue to be that way, without the skin breaking open (which invites infection) they can remain untreated. However, some folks just need to fix every bump on their horse, so they have the vet inject them with a steroid. If you take this route, you can expect the bump to all but disappear. FYI: Ring worm would have hair loss, fly bites would either itch or have some sort of broken skin, and both would definitely bother the horse.

I know your scared, but it could be many things. I had something like that not long ago. It turned out to be just a boil. Sure did hurt. Could be an ingrown hair. Happens all the time. Tell someone, and go see a doctor, and have it checked out. It could be nothing. It will be ok, but it is scary.

There are a lot of lymph nodes in your armpits. You could have a swollen lymph node or any number of things. If you aren't able to go to the doctor or don't feel comfortable telling your parents, go see the school nurse and tell them in confidence what is going on. Cancer usually doesn't hurt, but swollen lymph nodes can be painful.

Cancer does not start out as a painful bump, so you don't need to worry about that. Its probably an infected hair follicle, which is very similar to a zit, only much more painful.
