This guy asked me why I was single and said he couldn't understand how I could be single. He said I must have a line of guys wanting to hook-up with me. I guess it was meant as a compliment, but it made me think that he wants to hook-up with me, and I felt objectified. Am I being too sensitive? How would you take it? What do you think he meant?

He was telling you he thought you were so pretty you should have a long line up of guys trying to get to know you. While that may be all kinds of cheesy there is nothing there to mean you've been objectified.

in fact that sexual objectifing is a bad element by using fact brings you all the way down to the point of a element, a reasonably style or a bite of meat to nibble slightly. that's, regrettably, a malecentric society, so if a woman leans over to a distinctive lady complimenting the valuable physique of a guy, the guy feels himself able and entitled to deliver the comparable lady to the "merchandise point". He soaks himself in compliments, and reacts pecking and touching the maximum well liked of the two. So, the sanest and maximum appropriate adult adult males might experience such women people as bubbly airheads, yet maximum adult adult males could experience fairly flattered, by using fact they are they experience on the 1st step of the rostrum

did you just post this question for attention? something tells me you like to be objectified. A strong woman with self esteem would have forgotten about this comment as soon as it was made. get over it.
