How many days in the week should I workout? and how many hours?

six days a week doing two workouts per day for 30 mins to 1 hour.

You can start by cutting out fried foods and any sweets that you still eat. You may want to add vegetables to your diet and also fruit. And also start with maybe 15 min of exercise everyday. You can also take a mulitivitamin for added nutrition in this diet. you are guareented to loose weight. If you have Comcast cable they have free exercise tv on demand. Running or walking is also very good way to work out the whole entire body. Dont get on the scale it will only disappoint. Work at it and you will succeed. Dont exceed 45 min a day because your body will resist

There is no easy or healthy way to lose weight fast. BUT, if you can stick to this plan, by Christmas, I can guarantee a change.

The first thing you need to do is change your diet. A raw foods diet is the best for losing weight fast. Just like it sounds, you can only eat RAW foods like fruits and veggies. You won't be allowed to drink anything but water, and if you want, you can put a little lemon in it for flavour. And you'll need to be eating almost constantly to keep your metabolism up, but just small meals and snacks.

As for working out, you'll need to be careful to not over exert yourself. At least half an hour of HIGH INTENSITY cardio will help you shed the pounds fast, with your new diet, and you'll need to do this daily. Try not to work your muscles too much, as you won't be getting as much protein without the meat, unless you're taking a protein supplement. Pick a section of your body (upper, abs, and legs) to work out every two days. For example, start on Monday with push ups and bicep curls for your arms, continue on tuesday with crunches and leg lifts for your abs, and then on wednesday with squats and lunges for your legs, then repeat thursday thru saturday, and rest everything on Sunday. Stick with light weights, and more reps to have a sleeker, leaner body, as opposed to bulky muscles. Doing this in conjunction with the cardio everyday (including Sunday) should help you lose weight. Like I said, it won't be easy, but it is the healthiest way to lose the weight fast. If you're finding it hard to stick to, start slow.and try replacing your unhealthy foods with healthier ones. Well, good luck to you. And remember to switch up your workout so your body won't get bored.

some say twice a week but if you want the best results work out about 10 minutes each night after your last meal here is a site that should help ya a lot

No, but if you want to lose weight safely and successfully do H.I.I.T (if you don't know what it is google) at least 3 times a week and do lots of reps with light weights.

run 6 miles a day 7 days a week and play sports while eating very healthy whole wheat bread, fat free meat and dairy, etc. (weights every other day only if you want to be strong) good luck :)

Run, swim laps @ a pool, then go to a suana. You can lose 6 lbs in one morning. However, to keep it off, and keep losing it, you need to keep water in your system, track your progress, and not be lazy.
