im cooking a cows heart and going to make a strifry with it once its done and cooled. mmmmmmm. over rice or noodles havent decided yet.

We're having turkey pot pie. This is only my third attempt at making pastry crust. (I'm not a baker.) I hope it turns out OK.

I've actually eaten cows heart before and is not gross despite some comments. The texture is a bit tougher but still good when cooked properly.
As for me, tonight consists of sea scallops and buttered brocolli.

Cows heart illegal in Chicago? very strange. But yea I have eaten tongue in stew and ground heart in the shape of patties like a burger.... very good when grilled!!!
I am having general tso with fried rice for dinner tonight.

I'm eating stuffed chicken with mozzarella cheese and mushrooms on top. Also with a loaf of bread and herbs mixed with olive oil. For desert a side plate of salad with Italian dressing.

I love cow heart and cow tongue, believe it or not. But for dinner I had homemade pizza with alfredo sauce. It was so delicious and cheesy!

its 1:19am where i live we had dinner hours ago we had roast beef and yorkshire puds mashed potato and vegetabled with gravy followed by treacle sponge and custard
