To lose weight you need to do the following things: No Greasy Foods, No Soft Drinks, No Desserts, exercise every day, eat healthy food like Dark Meat, Fruits, Veggies, wheat, Turkey, Chicken, Fish, run, walk, do weights, and drink tons of water. Find drink that is sugar free, and eat tons of green veggies. No snack food either.
Maybe a little bit of snack food, and play sports too.
