How can i open my video from my phone to Windows movie maker?

i have a nokia 5300, and i was wondering if anyone know how? cause I've tried to open it in windows movie maker and it wont work. it was automatically saved as quick time player. so do i save it as a movie file? if so what. please help(: any would be good.

You need to convert from QT to AVI and such formats that MovieMaker can import. Try SUPER from eRightSoft, it converts almost anything to anything else.
