I was just thinking, which is better for you? Pure black tea with no sugar or milk (either cold or hot) or water? I figured tea, since it has everything that water has, but more. I'm not talking about which is easiest to get, either. I mean in a hypothetical world where both were at your disposal all the time.

I would say water is better than black tea.
Also, tea is a diuretic so you need the water to replace the water taken out by the tea. I prefer green tea, but I also drink plenty of water.

needless to say tea is, logically, greater advantageous than water for weight help. the rationalization is that tea incorporates the stimulant caffeine. Caffeine, the standard ingredient of the in demand weight loss plan pill, will develop metabolism and suppresses urge for nutrition. till you drink tea focus at present from the pot, by no ability consume caffeine, or have some unusual situation, tea is hydrating - as you are able to still assume from a beverage that's ninety 8% water. you are able to desire to drink somewhat greater tea than you are able to water. the greater caffeine won't do plenty - an extra 10 kilos a year lost, in case you drink seven cups an afternoon or so. watch for warning signs of extra caffeine at that time. i assume you're ingesting tea without milk, sugar, man made sweetener, and so on. the greater energy in the ingredients greater advantageous than outweigh the caffeine for weight help. Tea is sweet for you, whether that's no longer a weight loss plan pill.

Water is always better.

Tea has additional benefits, but acts as a diuretic, and can cause your heart rate to rise. Good for some people, bad for others.
