Are you claiming that such things don't happen in Arabia? If you are, then I have to strongly suggest you need to check your sources again because those sorts of punishments are very much permitted.
Are you more upset because it has been picked up by the media and reported in the West, exposing the less compassionate side Islam and showing how it systematically oppresses the women we are often told feel 'liberated' by Islam?
Insteadn of trying to defend such barbaric practices because they are ''Islamic'', do something about them - change them! The view of the rest of the world will change if you can show that your thinking is more attuned to the rights of the individual - of which Saudi Arabia is no champion by any stretch.

How can this be 'ignorance' when the report was factual?
How can you blame a civilised and sophisticated society for finding such action despicable?
How can you blame the general public from civilised countries from stereotyping muslims when this is clearly how all muslims are supposed to behave? It IS the muslim law, is it not?
Are you suggesting that the clear policy of muslims is to spread Sharia law all over the world, by force if necessary, is a good thing?
How do you know that the questioner OR ANY of those that answered were americans? Psychic? They could have been from anywhere in the world. Where are you? Are you living in an Islamic country or benefitting from the free society somewhere else?
Remember that doing nothing about atrocities by your fellow muslims is as bad as condoning it.

How is this ignorance mixed with hate? This is a proven FACT what those Muslim monsters did to that poor woman - they admitted it openly and it is a matter of public record.
And glossing over the bad things that muslims have done by only reporting on the good things they do doesn't change the fact that muslim countries have a habit of persecuting and executing women who are victims of rape as adulterers.

That is about the way it was in the early days of America when we used to hang a lot of witches and warlocks! In fact the first felons ever to be executed in America were witches!
In Saudi Arabia and most Islamic countries in that region... no woman would ever dare to go to the Police to report any abuse at home she would be severely punished! In fact a lot of wives disappear without a trace and nobody bothers to find out what happened to them.

Are you saying that muslims don't point out all the bad things about america. Yes there is hate in SOME of the answers. But in most it is their honest view point of the situation.
