I wouldn't suggest it. Skipping meals throws off your metabolism and you want to take care of your metabolism because some people find that it slows down with age.
At least eat a small amount of protein like a handful of peanuts. Most Black women will find that skipping meals will usually hurt them in the end because our bodies act differently. Your body may even decide to store fat because your body goes into starvation mode when you skip a meal, prompting it to hold onto more fat.

Of course. Eating when not hungry on regular basis is how ppl get fat.
I am a bad one, because I do not eat at all while at work...just coffee. I love food and I power eat when I get home. I've done for years. I listen to my own system. People, do not listen to their bodies and it shows.
I am not worried about weigh issues, I just believe I work better when not bogged by food. It may catch up with me, but a missed meal here or there...won't kill.

some people will tell you you have to eat 6 meals a day or whatever. but, unless your fat, just eat when you're hungry... unless, of course, you're trying to put on muscle mass, then you need to eat every 3 hours.

Unless there is a specific medical reason for you to eat, go ahead and skip a meal. It won't hurt you.

Well, it depends on how big of a meal you had before. You should just eat a nutrisous snack.

I don't see much wrong with it. Just try not to miss breakfast. It's not just to give you energy for the strart of the day. If you don't, the energy that is burned is from MUSCLE, not fat storage.
So just don't miss breakfast!
