Ugh!! I'm disappointed.
My boyfriend doesn't watch Nascar at all... and to frustrate me even more he says, "I should make this interesting and become a Jimmie Johnson fan!"
I think I almost punched him in the arm for that one. lol
Was a good year.. great races... looking forward to next year! :o)

AMP.. a terrible year for who? Jr?
Jeff had a great year.. kicked butt all year long. I think it was a good year. It didn't end the way I wanted, but I still enjoyed it. :o)
That dude/chick that said I need a new boyfriend.. No I don't.. he was joking.. you need a sense of humor.

You know Gordon did not completely LOSE he is HALF owner of Johnson's car. He is the one who got Johnson into Hendricks Motorsports to begin with. As much as Gordon deserved the win, SO did Jimmie Johnson. I would love to have seen Gordon come back and win, but that didn't happen. And I will say for like the 10th time, Gordon does not need a Cup trophy to prove that he is a champion. He's a champion without it.

I hate that Jeff lost all he worked for just for the last 10 races for it to be turned over to someone else but those are the rules no matter how bad we all don't like them. Jeff did get robbed of his consistency but Jimmie on the other hand did what he needed to do when it counted.
Even though I am not a Gordon or Johnson fan I do have to say that it was still great to see them happy in victory lane celebrating. Chad Knaus, Steve Latarte, Jimmie, Jeff, and the whole Hendrick organization has worked as a team and tonight they celebrated as a team.
Rick made a statement that was very interesting. To see those guys start from where they all started and move up within the shop and as drivers to get to where they were was rewarding for him. You can't help but to agree.
Those guys had the equipment all year to beat and they drove good. They deserve it.
Maybe they can do something next year to make the points system rewarding for the most consistent driver and rewarding for the chase drivers as well.

Though the media had the championship as a 2 car race(Jimmie and Jeff) since the July Daytona race the last or 6 races Jimmie was the medias child and nobody else stood a chance.

The only thing that I'm upset about is that many people judge NASCAR greatness by number of championships won. You can no longer do that, as the scoring has changed since Earndhardt and Petty won their seven. I'm not saying Jeff got robbed, as they changed the format for a valid reason. I'm just saying that you can no longer use championships as the sole gauge of who the best drivers are.

Yes a good year to bad SMOKE didnt win more.No not upset about Jeff I think rules aare rules. but yeah he kicked but all year long and deserves NOT to get bued anymore. (idiots) More upset that we wont see these hot-rods race anymore. Gonna take a while for the COT to sink in , if it ever does.
What if, just what if Jr. does it next year that would be SWEET. Hope Kyle kicks Hamblins *** when he gets to the shop!

Hey 24 fan, don't forget who owns Jimmie's car.
Jeff's fans are taking htis harder than he is. Not politically correct- it's just a dayum race, not life.
It was a better season than many give it credit for. The problem is the most popular drivers didn't win (Junior) or win a Cup (Gordon, Smoke).
I think Johnson picked up a few fans though.

Jeff was hosed out of his 6 title. I wish he wasnt so politically correct and he said how he really felt about the stupid chase. The man has 30 top 10s and 6 wins and yet no title? what a load of crap.
