depends on the year and engine. and don't forget to change all the seals when you do it. But if you have to ask that question, maybe you should get someone else with more experience to repair it for you or help with it.

Year and engine size would be very helpful. 3.3 liter or 3.5 liter? V-6 engines use six spark plugs and six fuel injectors three of which are under the intake manifold and are hard to replace. #6 spark plug requires patience. Depending of the age of the Pathfinder you will also want to replace up to 6 coolant hoses under the manifold.
