I have sinced washed my floors. Because they are wooden floors tho they still slide but everyone is right, it can be dangerous. Not only for the puppies but for family members too..
Thanks to all

geez catwoman, lighten up. yes it's hilarious when our dogs try to get traction on our wood floors. especially when dad get's home from work, they all act like idiots, running through the house and eventually losing traction and slamming into eachother.

Endust is dangerous to get on your puppies paws and fur.
It is even more dangerous if your puppies lick it off their paws, fur or directly off the floor.
If Endust gets on the skin of a puppy you should wash with soap and water.
If the puppy ingests it you should be calling poison control.
There are many safe, organic and natural cleaners on the market that will insure a non-toxic environment for your vulnerable puppies.

catwoman is correct. I have had a dog run through a kitchen and slide on the hardwood floor into the caste iron stove head first and end up paralyzed and had to be euthanized... today my old girl got back from a trial, was really excited and went running through to the front room from the kitchen and slid on the hardwood floor with the turn and is pretty sore now... a young pup with growing bones and joints can easily damage these with slips -- not to be a party pooper either but with the scare we had today, I tend to be a bit paranoid after my other dog's horrible incident. They always seem to find the one spot we don't have the held down rugs on to step wrong and slide. While it is cute fun for them, just make sure they don't bang into anything or pull soft growing ligaments and tendons. But it can be funny :) if they don't get too overzealous about it...
tommysgirl... yeah, it is real funny to watch until you are helping carry your dog to the vet to be euthanized after taking it to specialists to try to help with the paralysis and seizures... hard to 'lighten up' then... life can be real funny until reality whacks you in the face sometimes...

Yes, my dog fell down a stair case from slippery floors created by using swiffers on hard wood floors and staircase.
He hit his head on the landing, was very frightened but not hurt. He will no longer go up and down wooden stair case. We no longer use swiffers as the build up made the floors very slippery.
Secondly, I would be concerned about the dogs licking the chemicals off the floor. Could be a potential health problem

Sorry to be a party-pooper here. I can imagine that this is hilarious but beware. Slippy floors are lethal to growing puppies hip development and can cause huge amounts of damage. Funny now but very expensive later.

I put down linoleum, some years ago, & when my dogs came flying in from outside, he slid on his butt, from the Dining Room, all the way into the Living Room; his ears were standing out, too. It was funny.
