Altima 02 3.5 No gauges lit (system lights ok), then trunk light out, and now I can't shift into reverse!

Seems to be electrical. All the normal system check lights come on when starting.

Yes a fuse has blown #19. But the short circuit is the vanity light in one of the sunvisors. Turnsignal may also not work. Service bulliten NTB 02-060a

check out all your fuses, seems like you hit a body fuse that is keeping you from shifting out of park.
