No. The topping will get all soggy waiting to be cooked and the sugar will cause the fruit to sweat out it's moisture and go limp. Cook it the day before. Also, if you want (saw this in my Cooks magazine), cook the crisp separately on a cookie sheet and put it over the filling later. The magazine said to cook the crisp first, then for the fruit, you are just heating it - not cooking it to mush. Sounded interesting.)

Yes you most certainly can..... as long as you dont pre-bake it and put it in the fridge and then try reheat it the next day, it will be soggy. make sure that the top layer of apples aren't soggy or the juices will seep into the top of the crust and it may become soggy and collapse

No, go ahead and bake it, but, don't serve it till the next day, it will be better. And don't top it with the crumbles til time to serve.
