I have Fibromyalgia {not really sure} but the doctor said its a pretty good chance i do have since my visits.. but can being stress-free and being active while being un stressed take out symtoms from fibro.. for me when im stressed out i acctualy lose weight and look thin but when im happy i look like a strong healthy person.. should i stay away from stress and just be stress-free active alot so symtoms from fibro go away

I have fibro and was diagnosed about 15 years ago but I know I had it longer. I suffer from joint pain and brain fog. Best advice to you is to keep moving, the more you sit around the worse you will feel. But, you also have to go with the flow, if you can't walk, then don't get all stressed out, just rest. It's a weird illness, with different symptoms at different times. I get lost really easy and if I can't picture it in my mind then I have problems processing it. I have to do a lot of things to compensate for my short comings. Good luck to you.
