So there's this guy and he was telling me about the times he's been arrested in Baltimore. So I go,
"OMG! BALTIMORE! I've been to the aquarium, it was so neat :D!"
Or he talks about drugs and I say I have no clue about what he's talking about and he laughs at me and calls me a good kid and says, I know you don't.
Half the time the things aren't even funny, why does he laugh at me?

I think maybe he likes you. Or he thinks you are "blonde". I have black hair and people always tell me that I'm "blonde" at heart. Whatever that means. OMG! my husband just told me that means dumb. I don't think your dumb. Maybe he just likes you.

He is just delighted at your fresh perspective. It sounds like he has been some rough places and it can be delightful for people to find someone who does not have the emotional scars they have. He probably knows some really bad places in Baltimore and so it can be funny to realize there is another part of the city that is nice.
Also he is probably remembering when he did not know about drugs when you say that you do not. It probably seems like a million years ago before he knew about drugs and it seems amazing now, but I am sure he wishes he knew less about drugs and more about the aquarium! I do not think he means anything by his comments. He might be underlining his experience, but I think he is envious of your brighter experience of the world. Do not envy the harder reality he has experienced, it probably was very unpleasant to live through it. People will have different life experiences, and it might seem awkward to be inexperienced, but there are plenty of experiences people wish they had not had - count your blessings. In the future, you could ask people what things or places were like rather than trying to find an equivalent experience - that way you can learn more about what they know and you can cover for any gaps in your experience. Everyone loves a good listener - and a good listener makes better choices in their own life.

If you actually don't do drugs and are a good person he probably laughs because he sees the huge difference in you both. ...He probably realizes you can't relate at all to what he is saying and finds it funny that you bluntly point out things from his drug story that is not at all related to drugs. I don't think he is laughing at YOU but just more at the situation... of course.. if it really bothers you that much stop talking to him ._.
On the other hand maybe you are a druggie and he knows it too and when you say things like 'i have no clue what you're talking about' he sees the sarcasm in it and plays along too? I'm not completely sure of your situation so i can't be of too much help. Don't worry too much over it though :]

I've seen people like this...they think they're cool just because they do drugs and have been to jail and stuff. Probably not a good idea to be infatuated with this person. Stop talking to him or he will drag you down the wrong path with him. You sound like a nice girl so find yourself a nice guy..

Guys do that sometimes to feel cool or make up for their faults. He laughs at you because he thinks he is mature and 'wise' about what he does. He sounds pathetic. Just because you haven't messed up doesn't mean it's funny. Some guys are just jerks.

He likes to laugh? Find what you say is cute and laughs about it? My boyfriend did that one time while we had a fight. He just randomly laugh .. because of my face expression. He could possibly be laughing at that? You probably had a confused look or something. Maybe you should go talk to him and just be like .. ya what's so funny? Kinda thing?

he likes you but do u seriously want hang out with someone like that my boyfriend did drugs and started to change alot i broke up with him real fast dont even let it get that far stay away from him
