IN Rachet and Clank Future TOD how do you?

Get the Heli pack Thruster PAck and how can you keep on the robo wings all the time and Charge boots and has anyone got the ryno IV im missing one Holo plan on the bottom left corner can i still get it I beat the Game 4 times upgraded all of my weapons to version 10 expect the tornado launcher which is still v1

You can't have wings for the whole time. However there is one gravity cheat. May be there is a cheat for wings too. Tornado launcher is fun, but a bit complicated to use it in the midst of a battle, it's a bit slow. :-)
